Who We Are

Jillian Monzon Photography LLC (Jillian Monzon Photography) is a wedding photography studio based in Tennessee, providing photography services across the United States and select destinations. These Terms govern your use of our website and the inquiry process.

These Terms do not constitute a contract for photography services. The terms of any photography services are governed by a separate written agreement entered into between you and us at the time of booking.

Use of This Website

You may use this website to learn about our services, view our portfolio, and submit an inquiry about working with us. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or contact information.
• Use the inquiry form for spam or harassment.

Inquiry Submission

When you submit our inquiry form:

• You confirm the information you provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You authorize us to contact you using the methods you opted into (email and, if checked, SMS).
• You understand that submitting the form is not a booking — a booking requires a separate signed agreement and retainer payment.
• You may withdraw your inquiry at any time by emailing us at photos@jillianmonzon.com.

Booking and Services

If we agree to provide photography services for your wedding, the specific terms (price, deliverables, dates, cancellation, intellectual property of images, etc.) will be governed by a separate written agreement we'll send you. These Terms do not establish or replace that agreement.

In particular, our standard photography services agreement covers:

• Total fee and payment schedule (typically 30% retainer to hold the date).
• Hours of coverage and number of locations.
• Delivery timeline for the gallery.
• Image licensing for personal vs. commercial use.
• Cancellation, postponement, and refund policies.
• Use of images for promotional purposes (with your written permission).

Intellectual Property

• Website content: All photographs, written content, logos, and design elements on this website are owned by Jillian Monzon Photography LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our written permission.
• Your wedding photographs: Subject to the terms of the separate photography services agreement signed at booking. Generally: you receive a personal print release, we retain copyright and the right to use selected images for promotional purposes with your permission.

Communications

By submitting the inquiry form and opting into communications:

• Email: We may send you planning resources, scheduling confirmations, and follow-up communications related to your inquiry. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
• SMS (if you opted in): We may text you about your inquiry and (if you book us) your wedding day logistics. Standard message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time.

No mobile information you provide to us will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our full communication practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

SMS Program — written consent disclosure

When you check the SMS opt-in box on our inquiry form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Jillian Monzon Photography under the following terms. The exact language displayed alongside the consent checkbox and recorded in our consent log reads:

“I agree to receive SMS messages from Jillian Monzon Photography, sent via Advocate Studio's communications platform on Jillian Monzon's behalf, at the phone number I provided. Messages cover my inquiry and (if I book) my wedding — including a week-of check-in, day-of coordination, and post-wedding follow-up. Frequency is low: typically 1-3 messages over the lifecycle. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, HELP for help. Full SMS terms in our Terms of Service.”

How sending works. SMS under this program is delivered through Advocate Studio's shared messaging platform, which operates the underlying phone number and message infrastructure. The displayed sender name on every message you receive is “Jillian Monzon Photography” — the message is from Jillian, not from Advocate Studio. Advocate Studio acts as the delivery operator only; it does not use your information for its own marketing.

What you can expect. Typical messages over the lifecycle of an inquiry through a wedding: a week-of check-in confirming day-of logistics, brief day-of coordination details, and a post-wedding follow-up. No marketing or promotional texts. Frequency is generally 1 to 3 messages total.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out; HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored immediately and apply to the Advocate Studio platform number on file, so you will not receive further SMS from Jillian Monzon Photography (or any other business operated on the same platform) at that phone.

SMS messages are sent only to recipients who have explicitly checked the SMS opt-in box on the inquiry form at https://www.jillianmonzonphotography.com/#inquire. SMS is never required to inquire or to book; it is an opt-in convenience.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate our business — email delivery, customer relationship management, scheduling, and analytics. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. By using our website, you also accept the relevant terms of these services as they apply to data processed on our behalf. Our marketing infrastructure partner Advocate Studio processes inquiries on our behalf under a data processing agreement consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of website content. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jillian Monzon Photography LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content.

For matters related to photography services we may provide, the limitations of liability set forth in our separate photography services agreement govern.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
